The Family Tree
The facts as I know them and others have shared.
Anton and Henriette departed 20 March 1892 from Hamburg aboard the Scandia
arriving in New York on 2 April 1892.   Anton was 61, and gave his occupation as a
worker.  Henriette was 62 and claimed no occupation.  Both claimed their place of
residence as Schwanberg, Sachsen (Saxony).  This appears to be a region and not a
town.  Any information on the actual town of birth would be appreciated
Ferdinand and Auguste departed 26 April 1891 from Hamburg aboard the Gellert
arriving in New York on 8 May 1891.  Ferdinand was 26, Auguste 25.  Ferdinand
gave his occupation as a worker or laborer.  Both claimed their place of residence
as Leopoldshall, Anhalt.  Aboard with them were their children
